A total of $84,735 was allocated to 11 grant recipients to support eligible nature refuge landholders to undertake on-ground projects which rehabilitate and restore cyclone, rain and flooded-affected environments to maintain healthy ecosystems and improve resilience for future disaster events under the Nature Refuge Disaster Recovery 2022 Grant (NRDRG).
